Machines we build

Every machine is built around a specific product and process. Most often we deliver:

Pouch filling and sealing machine

Packaging

Cartoners, pouch machines, vacuum packers and palletising.

Robot tending an injection moulding machine

Assembly

Injection moulding robotisation, resistance and ultrasonic welding, hot-melt and anaerobic bonding, pressing and screwing.

Precision pick-and-place machine with part transport

Conveying

PVC belt, slat and chain conveyors and roller conveyors.

Pen assembly workstation

Unusual modules

Inkjet printers, vibratory feeders, laser marking and other devices that need to work together as one machine.

We also retrofit existing machines and lines: new controls, machine safety, integration with existing HMIs and plant systems.

Robotics and machine vision

  • Robots: Fanuc and Mitsubishi – and other brands when a project calls for it.
  • Vision systems: Cognex, Keyence and Zebra – and others if the application requires.
  • Quality control: presence and dimension checks, code reading and in-line rejection of faulty parts.

Controls and documentation

  • PLCs and HMIs: Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi and Siemens, motion control.
  • Electrical and pneumatic documentation: EPLAN, and on request WSCAD, FluidDraw and others.
  • Mechanical design: Solid Edge – with parts made on our own CNC machines.

How we run a machine project

  1. Process discussionWe learn about your product, required output, available floor space and budget. Sometimes we suggest a simpler solution at this stage.
  2. Concept and quoteA solution outline, schedule and price. You know what you are paying for before the design starts.
  3. DesignMechanics in Solid Edge, electrics and pneumatics in EPLAN, PLC, HMI and robot software. We agree the design with you before manufacturing.
  4. Manufacturing and assemblyParts from our own CNC shop, control cabinets, assembly and testing in our workshop.
  5. CommissioningInstallation at your plant, start-up, operator training and documentation.
  6. ServiceWe stay in touch: service, modifications and spare parts.
