What data we process, why and on what basis

Messages from the form are e-mailed to the person responsible for the enquiry topic. We process the data to reply and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to conduct business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest).
- Recruitment – data from your CV, processed to carry out recruitment (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code); data beyond what the law requires and – if you consent – data for future recruitment are processed on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Visitor statistics – only if you click “Accept” in the privacy banner do we use Google Analytics to learn which content is useful (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent the tool is not loaded.
- YouTube videos – the player loads only after you click a video. Google then receives your IP address and browser information and may store its own identifiers on your device.
- Server logs – the hosting server automatically records IP addresses, dates and visited pages for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Do you have to provide data
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or phone number we cannot reply to your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
Who receives the data
Data may be passed to companies that provide services to us and process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (LH.pl), e-mail provider (Microsoft) and statistics provider (Google). When you click a video, Google also receives data as the operator of YouTube. Microsoft and Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Correspondence and enquiries – for as long as needed to reply and carry out the cooperation, and then until claims become time-barred. Recruitment data – until the recruitment ends, or, if you consented to future recruitment, until you withdraw consent and no longer than 12 months. Statistics – according to Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months). Server logs – according to the hosting provider’s rules.
